Our parish is gearing up for our CYO basketball season. CYO is looking for both boys and girls in the following age groups to join the teams:

• 3rd-5th grade
• 6th-8th grade
• 9th-12th grade

There is a roster limit of 12 players per team. If your child is interested in joining, sign up using the form below. (If you have more than one child who'd like to join, please submit a form for each individual child).
